JEJMS School Council is hosting our first ever Take-What-You-Need Outdoor Clothing Swap event on Thursday November 14 from 5 – 8pm in the front foyer of the school during parent-teacher interviews. This event is happening at the same time as the evening parent-teacher interviews to take advantage of parents/caregivers presence in the building.
Our goal is for every child at JEJMS to have appropriate outdoor clothing so they can enjoy playing outside at recess. Please stop by our tables to drop off and/or pick up new-to-you outdoor rain and winter jackets, snow suits, snow pants, rain boots, winter boots, hats and mittens to keep your kids warm and dry this fall and winter. We will have volunteers available to help you find the sizes that you need.
CLOTHING DONATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED for you to participate. If you need an item and don’t have something to swap, that’s ok!
